Looking for your dream flexible job? Look no further, we've got you covered!

9th Apr 2024

In February, we announced our annual Flexa100 list, where we recognise and award the most flexible companies to work for in 2024. The Flexa100 is the only independently verified list ranking the top 100 most flexible companies for 2024.

When it comes to embracing flexible working, these companies are the crème de la crème ✨

So, if you’re looking for your next flexible job, you don't want to miss this. These companies may just have that dream role you've been looking for!

How do we know these companies are the most flexible?

Before we reveal the most flexible companies to work for, let us give you a quick run through of what the Flexa100 awards are all about. We started these awards to shine a spotlight on companies that go above and beyond in creating truly flexible working environments. It's our way of giving these trailblazers the recognition they absolutely deserve.

The Flexa100 list is made up of the top 100 most flexible of our Flexified companies, ranked in order of their FlexScore. The FlexScore represents each company’s flexible working environment by looking at the different flexible working options they offer. Beyond hybrid and remote working, a FlexScore is calculated based on location, hours, benefits, senior leadership, trust & autonomy, and work-life balance. It is the result of a 2-step verification process, and combines a company's Employer FlexScore and Employee FlexScore - so you know it’s trustworthy.
