We now have detailed accessibility guides for 11 of our TUI offices. Our new Detailed Access Guides provide comprehensive information about our head offices, helping colleagues determine whether a space meets their specific access requirements. This initiative is all about ensuring everyone feels confident and welcome at work and this is part of our journey to build a more inclusive culture.  At TUI, we believe that when people can truly be themselves at work, we all perform at our best. We've partnered with AccessAble and ReciteMe to make these guides even more accessible.  To view the guides, click here, then simply click on 'Accessibility' in the top right corner of the AccessAble website to open the ReciteMe toolbar, where you can:

- Customise colour contrast
- Adjust text size and font

Flexibility at TUI means creating a culture ​of trust and passion that enables a sense of belonging for our colleagues, wherever they choose to work. We believe that having greater flexibility and choice over where we work, when it’s possible, gives us the opportunity to achieve a more balanced life. Here at TUI, we have a wide variety of roles so we have four workplaces -

Hybrid - Your main office is considered your work location but some or all of your work can be achieved working remotely. The frequency of office visits will be discussed and may vary depending on the role.

Homeworker - Your home address is your work location and you will be on a fully home working contract. 

Location based - Your operational job role requires you to work from a particular location or locations for the majority or all of the time. For example in a shop, airport or holiday destination.

Field-based - Your role requires that you work outside a traditional office environment, typically at changing locations for varying periods ranging from days to months. 

Our offices are becoming places of collaboration, networking, and creativity. They are the anchor for our hybrid working model and will reflect our shared values even more strongly than before.
