Flexible working at Hurree

At Hurree, we strive to promote a flexible workplace for all of our employees.

We are committed to a healthy work-life balance through our flexible core working hours of 11am to 3pm, and the opportunity to work remotely as and when required. With a range of contract types, including full-time and part-time remote options, our dog-friendly office is based in Belfast but we currently employ staff from all across the UK and Europe.

Our staff have access to a number of employee discounts through Perks Directory, a subscription to the online education platform Masterclass, and regularly enjoy fully expensed social events. We also offer a generous annual leave allowance of 35 days (this includes bank holidays) and an enhanced parental leave package.

With our top-tier private health and dental care plans, as well as on-demand therapy available from Spill, we truly want to prioritise the mental well-being of each of our employees.

What do we think of Hurree?

Hurree were brilliant throughout their flexible employer accreditation. They achieved quite a rare feat by achieving a higher score in their anonymous employee survey, compared to the employer benchmarking. This shows us that the employees are even more happy and satisfied with their internal working environment than their employer may realise. It's a win for everyone!
