About us
Clock is a technology and innovation company that develops custom software, mobile apps and websites for some of the world's largest brands. If you have a business challenge that can be solved by technology - we can build it - especially if it's complicated. We work with all sorts of industries, including global publishing, media, auto, entertainment and video game companies.
Fiercely independent since 1997, we're B-Corp and MSDUK certified, and remote-first.
Approach to diversity & inclusion
We believe that embracing diverse perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds makes us stronger and more innovative. Our commitment to inclusion goes beyond mere words – it's woven into how we work, hire, and grow as a team.
We actively foster an environment where every team member can bring their authentic self to work, contribute their unique ideas, and feel valued for who they are.
Flexible working at Clock
The work habits that make us happy and productive outgrew our office a few years ago. So now we're a remote-first company. Our employees work from home, or find communal spaces that support their creativity. Of course we're all connected online, and we catch up in real life on a regular basis. Fridays are a time for us to tie up loose ends, feel a sense of achievement around lunchtime, and wrap up early for the weekend.

Clock is seriously amazing! I get to work from literally anywhere in the world, which has been a total game-changer for me. Plus, the people here are just awesome - hands down the friendliest bunch I've ever worked with. It's made such a huge difference in my life!
There’s a great test called the puppy and two beers test … some people you might let them look after your puppy but you might not want to go for two beers with. Some you’d go for two beers with but might not let them look after your puppy! I can honestly say that every person at Clock I would happy go for two beers with and would let them look after my puppy! That’s the dream
Clock accepted my job application on the quality of my work, and looked past disabilities and life challenges. They ask for the best employees, and their approach to inclusion and diversity means that we, the employees, are always most likely to provide that high level of work in return.
I am very happy I love my job
