We're an award-winning fibre broadband provider & telecommunications company. We manage 47 million UK connections across broadband, mobile, TV and home phone and have around 18,000 colleagues, working hard to provide the very best connectivity to our valued customers.

Our aim is to bring 5G to 50% of the UK population by the end of 2023, in a sustainable and responsible way. We’ve committed to net zero carbon operations by 2025, with further commitments coming soon, which will focus on closing the digital divide and making connectivity more affordable and accessible to millions across the country.

Our award-winning early careers schemes at Virgin Media O2 (you may see them as Future Careers on our careers site) are designed to help graduates, apprentices and students build real-world skills from day one. These structured schemes are supported with mentoring, training and projects that are making a real impact for our customers. Graduate schemes: Our graduate schemes give you hands-on experience, industry knowledge and the support you need to thrive from day one.

Internships: Our internships are year-long industry placement schemes, designed for university students completing a compulsory year in industry. They offer end-to-end business insight and tailored development to help you grow.

Apprenticeships: Our apprenticeships are open to everyone and combine paid employment with education, giving you practical experience alongside dedicated time to study for a recognised for qualification.

The people always come first and it's a very non-hierarchical environment. All about team-play and I have a great team; we work well together, support one another and get the job done. We have flexibility to work effectively and make sure that we have an open-door policy where we can share and learn from one another. I feel very supported and lucky to be a part of a team that values it's employees.

Working Environment

We have a very flexible working environment, including working from home as required and flexibility on hours worked. The flexibility means I can work around family commitments and I'm trusted to flex my hours up and down to get the job done. This is really valuable for me.
