Flexible working at Token.io

Our success isn’t measured against the hours we keep or where we work. It’s measured on the scale of the impact we create, and the success we create for our customers. 

Token.io is proud to be a remote-first company, with the option for staff that prefer to use hybrid office hubs in both London and Berlin.

ALL our roles can be performed flexibly with respect to location.

Our office hubs are great for in person collaboration, and catching up with a colleague over a cuppa; but there is no company-wide requirement that you work from our offices for a specific number of days, or portion of your working hours.

Individuals who live within reasonable commuting distance of our offices can meet at least once a month for our company-wide All Hands, and there’s always an opportunity to catch up over drinks or dinner afterwards.

Many of our roles can also be performed flexibly with respect to hours. We believe people should be able to determine how and where they work best, and it’s important that people feel supported in any caring responsibilities, and in their work/life harmony.
