Strengthscope has a positive work culture with lots of opportunities. They really are inclusive and accommodating. I have felt comfortable being myself at work.
There is full trust given to us by the company to do our work in a way that suits us. Those who want to go into the office do, those who prefer to work at home do. We are still given plenty of organised social opportunities on top of that.
Strengthscope is currently ticking all my boxes, especially in flexible working. It's a great company with amazing benefits and a great culture. An all-rounder! I'm a very happy employee!
The flexible working approach is great, works around me to enable me to do what works best for me. I am trusted to do what needs to be done and there is no micro management to keep an eye on you or try and catch you out. The team is awesome, and when we do come together the energy is incredible.
The company is hugely empathetic and supportive of life getting in the way. It gives me confidence to trust myself to deliver great experiences for the humans that are part of our community!

Back in the mid-noughties, we kept on seeing the same problem pretty much every day: people + work sometimes = ☹/misery/unhappiness/lack of fulfilment. We knew that being fulfilled wasn’t this unattainable dream, we knew it was within everyone’s reach, but we needed a way to show them that the journey to that point came from within. So, after a lot of research (and caffeine), in 2006, Strengthscope® was built – a system to help people find and develop their strengths to bring more of themselves to work and to life.
Our mission is to ensure that everyone is able to have honest, authentic conversations about what makes them truly unique, what they love to do, and how they can bring their best to work and to life, every single day.
Flexible working at Strengthscope
We understand that our employees are humans with fully rounded lives besides work, which is why we're committed to being a flexible workplace. It's also why:
❌ There is no expectation for our people to spend a specific amount of time working at the office. We are a remote-first organisation, but have a beautiful office available for use.
⏳ Want to shift your hours from the ol' 9-5? Just let us know!
🌍 Visiting friends or family abroad? You are welcome to work from other locations for a period of time.
🐶 Fluffy coworkers are welcome – we are proud to be a dog-friendly employer!
💰 Each employee has a £150 allowance to upgrade their at-home setup.
