Back in the mid-noughties, we kept on seeing the same problem pretty much every day: people + work sometimes = ☹/misery/unhappiness/lack of fulfilment. We knew that being fulfilled wasn’t this unattainable dream, we knew it was within everyone’s reach, but we needed a way to show them that the journey to that point came from within. So, after a lot of research (and caffeine), in 2006, Strengthscope® was built – a system to help people find and develop their strengths to bring more of themselves to work and to life.
Our mission is to ensure that everyone is able to have honest, authentic conversations about what makes them truly unique, what they love to do, and how they can bring their best to work and to life, every single day.
Flexible working at Strengthscope
We understand that our employees are humans with fully rounded lives besides work, which is why we're committed to being a flexible workplace. It's also why:
❌ There is no expectation for our people to spend a specific amount of time working at the office. We are a remote-first organisation, but have a beautiful office available for use.

🌍 Visiting friends or family abroad? You are welcome to work from other locations for a period of time.
