Remote-first - With Co-working space
A little flex time
Our vision is to enable all humans to embrace their uniqueness and change their lives for the better. It's all about strengths.
Back in the mid-noughties, we kept on seeing the same problem pretty much every day: people + work sometimes = ☹/misery/unhappiness/lack of fulfilment. We knew that being fulfilled wasn’t this unattainable dream, we knew it was within everyone’s reach, but we needed a way to show them that the journey to that point came from within. So, after a lot of research (and caffeine), in 2006, Strengthscope® was built – a system to help people find and develop their strengths to bring more of themselves to work and to life.
Our mission is to ensure that everyone is able to have honest, authentic conversations about what makes them truly unique, what they love to do, and how they can bring their best to work and to life, every single day.
Flexible working approach
We understand that our employees are humans with fully rounded lives besides work, which is why we're committed to being a flexible workplace. It's also why:
❌ There is no expectation for our people to spend a specific amount of time working at the office. We are a remote-first organisation, but have a beautiful office available for use.
⏳ Want to shift your hours from the ol' 9-5? Just let us know!
🌍 Visiting friends or family abroad? You are welcome to work from other locations for a period of time.
🐶 Fluffy coworkers are welcome – we are proud to be a dog friendly employer!
💰 Each employee has a £150 allowance to upgrade their at-home setup.
Scoring against our flexibility index (1 = not at all flexible, 100 = couldn’t be more flexible, 51 is average) using a number of parameters to assess flexibility such as working from home, hours, frequency of travel, benefits, etc.
Scoring against our employee perception index (1 = not seen as flexible, 100 = couldn’t be happier with the flexibility, 51 is average) using a number of more emotional / perception based questions to understand whether employees feel supported and offered what they want. The areas we cover are work-life balance / managerial support / flexible benefits / working environment / and many others.
"The flexibility is 10/10. There is no expectation of attending the office unless there is a real need that impacts the whole team."

Approach to diversity & inclusion
We believe that diversity is the foundation of strong, creative teams. When people with different experiences and viewpoints come together, they learn, innovate, problem-solve, and thrive. In an environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued for their input, people do their best work.
We have done our very best to embody the values of inclusion and fairness since Strengthscope’s inception, yet we recognise that there is always more we can learn and do as the world moves forward.
