Simitive are immensely proud to have been shortlisted for Diversity Employer of the Year (2019) as a reflection of our approach. As laid down in our company values "We recognise and affirm the unique and intrinsic worth of each individual".

With 50% of our management team, 50% of our Team Leaders and over 50% of the company as a whole being female, diversity is at the heart of Simitive.

Simitive is a founder signatory of the Bristol Women in Business Charter, a signatory to Motherboard and a sponsor of Women in Work.

64% of staff are European, 22% Asian, 7% African, 7% American.

Flexible working at Simitive

At Simitive, flexible working has always been at the core of everything we do.

Whilst Simitive have a modern office space at Bristol & Bath Science Park , the company has fully embraced remote and flexible working since the day it started. Being a truly flexible and remote company, Simitive already has in place all of the support, culture, systems and processes to ensure that every member of our team is not just able to work effectively, but also fully feel part of their team and Simitive as a whole.

We also know that things often happen or change in our team's lives, so flexibility extends to the support or changes in work patterns that can be needed at those times.
