Founded in 2012, Simitive works exclusively with universities to enable data informed decision-making through the planning, management, modelling and analysis of workforce and activities.

At Simitive, flexible working has always been at the core of everything we do.

Whilst Simitive have always had dog friendly office in the centre of Bristol, the company has fully embraced remote and flexible working since the day it started. Being a truly flexible and remote company, Simitive already has in place all of the support, culture, systems and processes to ensure that every member of our team is not just able to work effectively, but also fully feel part of their team and Simitive as a whole.

We also know that things often happen or change in our team's lives, so flexibility extends to the support or changes in work patterns that can be needed at those times.
