I absolutely love working at Unmind- out of all the tech companies I've worked for, the culture here is one of the most supportive. We are very much encouraged to look after our mental health, and there are policies put in place- such as Revive and Thrive company days- that help us do just that. Work-life balance is present most of the time and we are encouraged to work flexibly and prioritise clearly in order to hit our goals

At Unmind, we champion flexibility and our proud to be a flexible place for our employees to work and thrive.
Each team has a specific day in the office each week, with dedicated office space catered to their needs. Where each Unminder chooses to work the rest of your working week is up to them. Every Unminder is empowered to work at a time that suits them, being mindful of core business hours, meetings you need to attend, and the availability of your team.

🌏 Last year, we built a team of Diversity and inclusion advocates who we call our 'Movers & Shapers', they're dedicated to making Unmind an even better place to work. Every six months, they review a different focus within DE&I and wellbeing. For example, topics such as 'Psychological safety'.
