🌏 We have a dedicated group of Unmind Culture Champions who are a group of passionate Unminders from across the business who come together to bring our culture to life. We focus on creating an environment where everyone feels included, supported, and connected - and where fun, wellbeing, and meaning are part of the everyday experience. In 2024 we launched company-wide 'Conscious Inclusion Training at Unmind.' We also include an E-learning module on Conscious Inclusion for all New Joiners to complete as part of their onboarding.

⭐️ In 2024 we launched our first Belonging Communities at Unmind (Employee-led Communities). We currently have eight Belonging Communities which we hope will continue to grow in the future. Our current Belonging Communities include a; Women's+ Network, Black Network, Global Unminders Network, Neurodiverse Network, LGBTQIA Network, Parents + Caregivers Network, Christian Network and Jewish Network. Our Belonging Communities are dedicated to making Unmind an even better place to work.
