About us

Amplifi is a specialist consultancy providing Advisory, Delivery and Support services for data management, data governance and data quality. We are driven by business outcome and long-term success for our clients. We work with leading technology solutions but always put people and process first, then using technology as the enabler. We are not just another system integrator but a strategic partner invested in delivering solutions that align to your business objectives.

The value of data to support wider initiatives such as digital transformation and customer loyalty programmes means that good data management is now a competitive advantage and is increasingly becoming a critical imperative to organisations.

We aim to connect people and data allowing our clients to realise the true value of their information.

Flexible working at Amplifi

At Amplifi, we pride ourselves on being a flexible place to work. We are remote-first, have an office in Leamington Spa (which is dog-friendly!), but we don't mind whether you want to work in the office, from home, or a blend of the two. There's a flexible attitude to hours too, so as long as work is done, then you can work in a way that works for you. We also offer some additional benefits including no dress code (come as you are!), a work from anywhere allowance, enhanced parental leave and company away days.

Amplifi's employees have anonymously had their say in what they think of the company

I love working at Amplifi - the trust they give me to do my job is like nothing I have experienced before!

Working at Amplifi has changed my life for the better, I'm able to work flexibly to support my own, and family's needs. I feel colleagues have an inherent trust in eachother to 'get the job done', and there is no pressure for that to be within set hours.

I'm looking to change the days that I work and management have been incredibly supportive, pro-actively offering me the opportunitity to trial different working patterns till I find what works best for me.

My colleagues are supportive of flexibility whatever the rationale - not just for childcare, but for whatever is important to individuals, from dog walks, to sport and exercise, or travel.

We primarily work from home, but the office is there for when we need it - whenever I need to talk to a person instead of a screen.

There is excellent role-modelling from the senior staff. People feel comfortable 'leaving loudly' before 5pm, and/or replying to messages at a time when convenient for them, rather than immediately.

I also love the 'work from anywhere' policy, and the interest and enthusiasm in sharing photos from wherever someone is working from.

Though in general we love getting together, there is an understanding that this is not the case for everyone (for example, where there are outside of work committments, or neurodiversities) and adjustments are seamlessly made to accomodate and support people to interact remotely instead.

I've never worked somewhere that is so genuinely committed to flexibility and continually looks at new ways of evolving how that is offered. We have regular surveys from our People & Culture team and a lot of new benefits or better ways of working have come directly from team feedback, not just put in place to tick a box.

I have never worked in a company with as much flexibility as I have at Amplifi. I'm trusted to get my work done on my own schedule and I'm treated like an adult. We have an office that I can go into if I want to, but it's never mandated that I do so.

I love the people culture and flexibility in working location and hours. The company's understanding and support when "life happens" is incredible. The benefits are great and people really do come first.

I love working at Amplifi! The people here are amazing, whatever project you get put on you know that amazing, knowledgeable, positive and supportive colleagues have your back

Management is supportive of working flexibly and open to having conversations on how changes can be made. Particularly in support of mental health.

Working at Amplifi is so refreshing! We have amazing flexibility and benefits. The people team are always looking for new ways to add to our already brilliant company culture.

An incredibly flexible and trusting company to work for. I would like to see some enhancements to the benefits package specifically company pension contribution but other benefits are good

If you asked me to suggest new flexibility policies for the team, I wouldn't be able to come up with anything more than what we are already given. So many aspects of everyday life are considered to give us the best work-life balance possible, from the little things like taking personal appointments without booking leave, to all the big things like 30 days annual leave as well as bank holidays, amazing parental leave and being able to choose where to work and when! All of these just make it feel like work fits around my life easily, rather than having to fit everyday life around work.

Fantastic place to work, incredibly supportive environment, very flexible. It naturally suits everyone, can cater work around life instead of vice versa.

I have never been happier in my working life and as a result my contribution to the company is soaring. This is definitely due to the culture and ability to juggle my work and family life

I love the flexibility. The work environment is great, conducive to collaboration and connectivity. I wish the company offered the ability to work condensed schedule sometimes (5 day week in 4 days).

It's so refreshing to be treated like an adult at Amplifi. A lot of companies profess that they offer flexible working, but Amplifi really do and it means I can have an amazing work life and an amazing personal life

I've never worked for a company like this ever before and feel so at home with the people, the work, and the overall cutlure. Everyone is so different but so similar - fun, work ethic, pride in the work and the brand, and our individual and collective success.
