We have 12 employee groups dedicated to our people. These include + our LGBTQI+ group, Diverse-ability that celebrates the physiological and neurological diversity amongst colleagues and also our Carers Network, who stood up at government earlier this year to pass the Carers Leave Act, which has led to a law being brought in to make Carers Leave a statutory policy across the UK.
