About us
Puzzel is a Norwegian headquartered B2B vendor of what we call "CCaaS" - cloud-based customer contact centre solutions.
Think about everything that the customer service agents use internally: the dashboards and interfaces + all of the automated tools to help them provide you with the best possible customer experience.
Add on managerial tools such as Quality Assurance, Workforce Scheduling, Case Management (ticketing) to ensure that the customer service department is appropriately staffed at all times and doing a great job.
Throw in the automated chatbot on the website + pop-ups to guide you through your journey when buying a product, and you'll hopefully get an idea of what we do!
Being a Scandy business means:
- Trust & autonomy, from day 1, to manage your workload however you see fit.
- Family-first: the Nordics take early years support and education seriously and that is embodied by our flexibility for you to manage your time around school/nursery runs, or indeed whatever else is going on in your life!
- Work-life balance: the Nordics have one of the greatest productivity levels/hours worked, with Norway ranking 2nd in the world + Denmark in the top 10 + Sweden narrowly missing out at number 11. They know that it's all about working smart, rather than working long hours. Oh, and they typically go off for 3-4 weeks over their summer holidays, so they know how to take a break too...
We have entities across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, UK & Bulgaria and have a super international workforce. Will you be one of them soon?
Flexible working at Puzzel
In the UK, we take a remote-first approach; we do have an office space in central London and there are times when employees are asked to come in, particularly during the onboarding period if it's deemed that face-to-face exposure will help, but largely, it is left to the individual and their manager to agree.
In our other entities, employees typically work 2-3 days/week in the office and the rest from home, but even then, we are flexible around the times people come in/leave to fit their personal schedules and if you happen to be staying with friends/family in another location for a week or 2, we're flexible for you to work remotely during those periods too - just as long as it's not year round (unless pre-agreed)!
Approach to diversity & inclusion
We want everyone at Puzzel to be their true, authentic selves at work irrespective of nationality, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical ability, age, or economic background.
Whilst we are proud to already have a diverse workforce from across the globe, we are aware that things could always be improved – for example, we currently have a ratio of female 25:75 male employees, which whilst not uncommon for the tech industry (average in SaaS is 26% female), it’s far from ideal. So, what are we doing to improve this?
- Our Global Leadership Team (C-suite) has shifted from 100% male to 50 male: 50 female in the past 18 months.
- We have increased our % of female hires from 23.6% in 2021 to 38.5% in 2023.
- We are partnering with the likes of Flexa, who have significantly higher-than-average talent pools of candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- We are working with State Employment initiatives in Norway and Sweden to bring candidates through internship/apprenticeship routes and are investigating similar initiatives in the UK and Bulgaria.
- By raising awareness and transparency, we are hoping to further attract a diverse workforce.
We are continuously striving to foster an inclusive and diverse environment, where everyone is celebrated for who they are. If there is anything we can do to support you in the interview process, or beyond, please let us know.

Meet who might be hiring you
Hi, I'm Ollie, the Talent Manager at Puzzel. I've been here for a year now and it's my first time working with/for a Nordic owned company, having previously worked with a lot of big, American owned corporates - this is such a breath of fresh air.
The independence, trust and autonomy to do your job means that you feel so much more empowered to want to do a great job.
It's also a dynamic, flexible environment, where it's quick and easy to start working on projects and actually make changes + push beyond the core responsibilities of your role, which results in professional development and growth opportunities unlike what I've seen in bigger companies.
I interviewed when my first-born was only 11 months old, so it was a great sign that my then boss had to end the interview at about 3pm her time to go pick up her daughter!
