Goodlord is a proptech platform on a mission to provide the best renting experience in the world.
Before Goodlord, renting a property was a complicated, time-consuming process for everyone involved – agents, tenants, and landlords.
Goodlord’s mission is to make renting simple and transparent for everyone. Our aim is to remove the complications of the rental process by eliminating the inefficiencies in the process. Our secure, cloud-based platform incorporates everything from contract generation, e-signing, and referencing to insurance. Our technology and products combine to create a better way to rent for everyone.

Flexible working approach
At Goodlord, we put people first by being committed to being a flexible place to work. We want everyone to bring their whole selves to work, and we aim to provide the best possible environment to do that in.
Here at Goodlord, flexibility varies by department. For example, our insurance sales team is fully remote with flexible hours, while our referencing teams are fully remote on a shift basis. Some of our teams even 1 -2 days per week at our dog friendly offices.
We offer our employees a range of exciting benefits, including unlimited holiday and flexible time off, a £1,000 annual development fund, bi-weekly coaching with Sanctus to provide Goodlordians with a safe place to talk and support your mental health, as well as enhanced parental leave.
We are always open to discussions around flexible working, or working flexible hours around core hours if the job allows that. Some roles can be even more flexible than that, so please do just ask us!
Scoring against our flexibility index (1 = not at all flexible, 100 = couldn’t be more flexible, 51 is average) using a number of parameters to assess flexibility such as working from home, hours, frequency of travel, benefits, etc.
Scoring against our employee perception index (1 = not seen as flexible, 100 = couldn’t be happier with the flexibility, 51 is average) using a number of more emotional / perception based questions to understand whether employees feel supported and offered what they want. The areas we cover are work-life balance / managerial support / flexible benefits / working environment / and many others.
