Anglian Water Services
There's more to water than you think!
At Anglian Water, we manage, supply, and recycle water for the driest region in the UK. Guided by the passion behind “Love Every Drop”, our commitment to delivering the highest standards of customer service and transforming the way water is valued by everyone is at the core of our mission. Every day, we strive to be the change, driving innovation and improvement in everything we do.
Serving millions of people across the East of England and Hartlepool, our team, of over 7,000 employees and more than 3,000 alliance partners, is dedicated to putting water at the heart of a new way of living. From Grimsby in the northeast to Milton Keynes in the southwest, we provide clean, high-quality water to 4.3 million people daily, and we continue to invest to keep our drinking water among the best in the world.
As the largest water and water recycling company in England and Wales by geographic area, we treat and recycle over a billion litres of used water every day through more than 1,000 water recycling works. Our pioneering efforts have resulted in some of the cleanest rivers in decades, and our sustainability focus extends to protecting open spaces, wildlife habitats, parks, and reservoirs across the region.
At Anglian Water, we’re building a more resilient future. By 2030, we’ll have prepared two new reservoirs for construction, and our extended strategic pipeline will ensure the region stays resilient to drought. Every step we take is focused on improving the lives of the people we serve.
Joining Anglian Water means becoming part of a forward-thinking, purpose-driven team working to optimise every drop of water. Managing the world’s most vital resource involves solving complex engineering challenges, conducting ground-breaking research, and going the extra mile for our customers. Here, you’ll play a key role in creating game-changing solutions, while being valued, respected, and fairly rewarded for your contributions.
If you’re ready to be the change and make an impact, Anglian Water is the place for you.

At Anglian Water, inclusion is for everyone.
It’s more than a statement — it’s how we work, and how we believe change happens.
Water is the world’s most vital resource. Just as everyone deserves access to clean water, we believe everyone should feel safe to be themselves and be valued for who they are.
To us, inclusion means recognising the unique strengths each person brings, and creating an environment where every voice matters.
We’re committed to removing bias, promoting equality, and supporting one another inside and outside of work.
We also know that community drives change. That’s why we support over 30 internal communities where people connect, grow, and lead together, from task focused groups to employee led networks, where allyship is actively encouraged.
Some of our internal communities include:

Flexible working at Anglian Water Services
We understand that achieving a healthy work-life balance is essential to both personal wellbeing and professional success. We believe work should support, not compete with, what matters most to you. That’s why we’re committed to offering flexibility that works for real lives.
Our flexible working approach is grounded in trust and supports individuals in shaping their work around their lives.
While many of our roles are operational in nature and therefore require specific on-site presence, we offer a range of working arrangements including home/office splits, fully office-based roles and field-based positions.
