Flexa makes available an on-line recruitment and employment information service, where potential employers place advertisements for available roles and positions (the “Services”).

Applicants and Job Posters agree that when corresponding with each other, such correspondence will be done directly and as such any contracts, employment agreements and/or arrangements will be formed between the two parties. Flexa shall not be party to any such agreements, contracts or arrangements.

Flexa will not be held liable for your use of the site and / or our services and we do not accept any liability arising out of the same (save to the extent required by law), including the accuracy of any job posts or candidate profiles.

These Website Terms and Conditions (Terms and Conditions) cover the terms on which you may use the site, conduct your business and purchase products.
