MONY Group is a fantastic company to work for and they really do their best in putting employees first. They are always looking at ways to improve the quality of work, experience and culture which I think is amazing.

I am a big fan of working here, no expectation to work more hours than you're contracted to, flexible (especially for parents etc which I do not fall into) and I think the office is a great environment with some little treats that, to me, go a long way.

MONY Group is the only company where you can come/go whatever time and people truly accept it. There's no surface level agreement - it's deeply in the culture just to get your work done however best works for you.

As a working parent the company offer the flexibility I need to support my family and not miss those moments that matter.

Overall company culture and flexibility is great. I'm able to be flexible with my working hours to balance my work-life balance, for example starting later so that i can find time to exercise in the morning.

MONY Group has been awarded silver in our sector at the Britain's Most Admired Companies awards.


The awards celebrate the British businesses that have built a reputation for excellence in their industry. The results are based on a peer and financial analyst review of 238 companies across 27 sectors and 13 reputational drivers.

The event was hosted yesterday at the London Stock Exchange, with other FTSE companies in attendance. 

Our sector was Digital Retail and Consumer Services, where we were joined by the likes of Amazon and Rightmove.

Our wellbeing rooms are multi-purpose. They can be used by anyone for prayer, meditation, expressing and storing milk, or simply a time-out if you feel like you need one, for example if you’re feeling stressed or anxious for any reason. The rooms are frosted to provide complete privacy.

Flexible working at MONY Group

Hybrid working

Office working – great for collaborating and catching up. Home working – great for work life balance and getting your head down.

Our hybrid approach – the best of both. 40% of your time (pro-rata for part timers) will be in the office. Which for most of us is two days a week and for the rest you can work where you feel best.

Teams have a set "Anchor day" so we make sure that when you're in the office, you're surrounded by your colleagues and can learn from one another and collaborate in person.

We’re also flexible with the hours in the office and at home. You might want to come in a little later so you can do the school run or start earlier so you head to the gym over your lunch break. 

Not to mention, there’s no dress code, so you decide what to wear.

And don’t forget our Two Week Work from Anywhere in the World policy – yes, that means anywhere!
