Approach to inclusion
At Support Dogs we are committed to encouraging equality, diversity and inclusion within our team and all aspects of our work.
It is our aim for our workforce to be truly representative of all sections of society and our stakeholders, and for each employee to feel supported and respected.
Flexible working at Support Dogs
We promote a positive people centered learning and working experience for our employees.
While we are restricted by the practicalities of day to day dog training and specific needs of our service users, we have an open approach to discussing flexible and hybrid work practices to get the best from our valued team.
Core working hours can vary from role to role dependent on our different departments, however we are a close knit passionate team, dedicated to the transformational work of our charity and helping each other to reach our goals.
We work in a open plan office, with plenty of trainee support dogs and puppies on hand to help each day go with a smile.
What Employees like about Support Dogs

Working Environment
My manager has been wonderful helping me to gain flexible hours on my return to work post maternity. Without his support I would not have been able to work 22.5 hours only 15 hours which makes a huge difference to my income during this hard time.

Working Environment
Very flexible organisation.

Culture
The charity is hugely responsive to your needs and try to find ways to get the best from you.
