CoppaFeel
We're the first youth-focused breast health awareness charity
CoppaFeel! exists to ensure all breast cancers are diagnosed at the earliest stage possible when treatments are more available and survival rates are higher.
We do this by..
- Encouraging you to check your boobs, pecs or chest regularly from a young age.
- Educating you on the signs and symptoms of breast cancer.
- Empowering you to seek advice from a doctor if symptoms persist.

Approach to diversity & inclusion
CoppaFeel! exists to support all young people and we understand that effective recruitment is central to our work. We want our team to be reflective of the diverse communities we exist to serve; ensuring our message is relevant and accessible to everyone. We are proud to foster an inclusive working environment that champions and uplifts marginalised communities and where we can all contribute to a culture of belonging.
We strongly encourage applications from Black and people of colour, LGBTQIA+ candidates, candidates with disabilities, from men, and from those with a lived experience of cancer, because we would like to increase the representation of these groups within our team.
We are always happy to accommodate any accessibility requirements or adjustments that will benefit you during our interview process.
To demonstrate our ongoing commitment to becoming an equitable workplace we are proud to have joined the following accreditations:
- #ShowTheSalary
- Disability Confident Committed
- Bloody Good Employer

Flexible working at CoppaFeel
We want to create a charity we can be proud of. That means we need talented folks who are willing to go the extra mile to affect change and get people checking their boobs. Flexibility is a core part of our working culture to ensure that our team feel trusted and able to deliver their work in a way that suits their needs.
Flexible working: We offer flexi time over an 8.5 hour day and staff are welcome to work up to 3 days a week from home. We're working to enable everyone at Team Boobs to work across a 9-day fortnight.
Leave: 22 days annual leave (excludes public holidays) + 1 day of leave on our Founder’s "Cancerversary" + 1 day of leave on your Birthday + office closure over Christmas.
Wellbeing & personal development: We offer a fund of up to £40 per month to be used for any wellbeing activities, our team have access to an Employee Assistance Programme and we have partnered with Self Space to offer our team workshops and 1:1 therapy. There is also dedicated budget for employees to access training and development.
✨ and not to mention plenty of team socials too ✨
What Employees like about CoppaFeel

Employee review
The flexible working practices of CoppaFeel! allow me to balance my career with life outside of work very well.

Employee review
We have such a lovely working environment, and the leadership team are really supportive of flexible working. As a small team, sometimes you do need to put the needs of the organisation and others before your own preferences, but we are constantly looking at ways to improve the ways of working.

Employee review
CoppaFeel! offers its employees genuine flexibility. Staff can choose which two days they're based in the office and are given time to make arrangements should they need to be in the office on specific days (for team meetings etc.). Core hours are well observed and meetings are generally not scheduled before 10 am or after 5 pm, unless this has been agreed or cannot be avoided (for an external meeting, for example). I love how flexible CoppaFeel! are about office-based v. home-based working, and core hours. I particularly enjoy ‘Flex Fridays’; every other Friday, staff are not expected to work, they just have to make sure they’re around in case anything urgent crops up. In my experience, Flex Fridays are always observed and respected. Plus, on the Fridays when I am working, and others are enjoying their Flex Friday, it’s very quiet. There’s generally no meetings in the diary and there’s limited email traffic. I really enjoy the quiet time on these days and feel I’m able to get a lot done. I've noticed the difference that each of these things have made to my life. On my Flex Fridays, I am able to get life admin stuff out of the way, which frees up my time to spend with loved ones on the weekend.
