There’s no one place to build a career at HEINEKEN UK. From our offices, breweries, cider plant and mill to around 2,400 pubs and more than 500 field-based and remote positions, our people are pioneering right across the UK.
That variety means there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to where or how we work. Location and working arrangements depend on the opportunity, so you’ll always find the relevant details in our job adverts, with your hiring manager on hand to tell you more.

Our network of over 50 trained mental health champions provides a trusted listening ear, while our managers receive dedicated mental health training to help them recognise when someone may need support and have better conversations. Through Help@Hand, our award winning EAP app, colleagues and their eligible families can also access confidential mental health support, remote GP appointments, physiotherapy, and financial and legal guidance.
