Working Environment

The Adaptavist Group is all in all, the best organisation I have worked for. There is an incredible amount of support, care and diligence given around family life, flexibility, working hours etc. Thanks to Adaptavist I am able to be a present father, a dedicated husband - I am able to attend parents evenings, pick my children up from school and be there for my family when needed. I am also able to excel in my career, take on ownership of projects and other work within the organisation. There are many companies who claim to be flexible, but the truth often is far from that when it comes to the crunch, they do not give that flexibility, Adaptavist does and always has done since I have been here! I believe it is truly one of the best places to work!
