Founded by clinicians, Patchwork Health is on a mission to make truly effective and sustainable working a reality for all healthcare professionals. In 2024, Patchwork acquired L2P, and now together provide a fully integrated workforce planning and management solution that improves capacity planning and workforce deployment.
Co-created with the NHS and with a team of healthcare veterans on board, their end-to-end solution has been embraced by over 200 healthcare organisations and 100,000 clinicians, saving £120 million and counting in workforce costs.
