Mentions of

We have a great culture at Flume, so even though we all work remotely you still feel like part of a team!

Flume is an amazing company to work for. Everyone cares for everyone. The hours are fantastic and so flexible.

I have been working at Flume for 6 months and I absolutely love working here. The culture is supportive, flexible and inclusive.

Working at Flume and the people here are brilliant. We are so supportive of each other. Its a place where you learn daily and days are never the same. The SLT are very supportive and care about the employees and that feeds down.

Working at Flume has changed my life. I see my kids twice a day, I walk my dog every day, I can fulfil my personal commitments, and I do rewarding work that matters.

I adore the team - we say we are like a family, and it's true. Family comes first, culture is super important, and I work with smart, talented people.

About us

Flume was founded in 2010 by Raoul Monks, with the main aim of providing sales training that actually works. This is because a staggering 87% of traditional sales training doesn’t stick!

We have cracked the code to driving sustainable sales performance improvement at every stage of the sales process. Unlike most sales training, the Flume Approach gives sales teams time to learn, to practise, to question and to adopt outstanding new behaviours.

Today’s sales leaders need to guarantee that any investment in sales training leads directly to achieving those all-important KPIs with a tangible increase in performance and revenue.

So, we focus on the latest buyer-centric value selling techniques delivered through blended training approaches that instil long-term behavioural change. We de-risk our client's purchase by measuring every stage of behavioural change, its impact, outcomes and ROI. We help inspire and empower every sales professional to unlock their full potential.

As we grow, we are looking for new team members who share our values:

  • We think differently
  • We are outcome obsessed
  • We do the right thing

Flexible working at Flume Training

🎉 We are a social team, with monthly breakfast or afternoon socials, as well as a book club every 6 weeks.

🏝 We have opted for a generous holiday policy as we are keen to reward length of service and encourage you to take holidays to rest and reflect.

🐶 We love dogs at Flume, and many make an appearance in our Zoom meetings, we even have our own dedicated ‘dog_cat_parrot_other’ Slack channel!

🏥Because health and wellness are really important to us, we offer health insurance from Vitality, and arrange monthly well-being lunch and learn sessions.

🤸‍♀️ We have an annual team away gathering, to allow us to work together, in person, including fun team building exercises (e.g. our 2023 trip included alpaca feeding, and competitive canapé making), plus plenty of social time to allow everyone to get to know each other better!

We are a remote first organisation. We believe you can work successfully from your UK home. This workplace flexibility at Flume allows you to balance your work with your life commitments, for a life affirming experience.

Redefining self care for me means:

🐕 Walking my dog in the morning.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Working remotely - I haven't missed any kids' activities!

⛅ Getting outside at lunch.

THANK YOU Flume Sales Training for letting me shape my work-life balance!"
