I've had nothing but great experiences with them so far. Everyone in the company is extremely supportive of each other, and you always have someone to rely on in case you need help in your own role and/or tasks. I've worked locally in the Philippines for 6 years and Circle was the first remote work I signed up for. I've had no regrets and I can honestly see myself growing here long term. So yeah, all in all I'd say Circle is a pretty great company to work in and the best part are the off sites. They make sure to cover almost all of the expenses just so the team can get together during offsites which is such a huge bonus since it shows how much the leaders at Circle put value on their employees and contractors.

I've worked in different start ups for for almost 10 years now and this is by far the best company I've been involved in. The product is constantly evolving and leads the way against competition. Leadership knows what they're doing, understands our customers and cares about building a company that is world-class.

Working remotely has unlocked an amazing lifestyle for me, and having two offsites a year means I'm still able to know my colleagues and spend time with them outside of Zoom calls.

The standards are high and performance is important, but if you're looking to join a company that focuses on merit, culture and success, it's a great place to be.

What I love most about working here is the level of trust and autonomy we're given. You're treated like an adult, and that makes a huge difference. There’s also a strong emphasis on work-life balance and mental well-being, which is refreshing in a fast-paced environment.
