What Jones Chase employees think
Working with Dean and the team is a collaboration, it doesn't feel like work. We have a great structure and communication is key. Everyone supports each other in their own way and no one person dictates what is required. The senior members of the team support the new trainees and provide them with a level of support I have not seen in other law firms. It is a joy to work within a forward-thinking law firm.
Jones Chase is a lovely firm to work for. Dean and the rest of the team are lovely. Dean is genuinely seeking to create a firm which works for everyone in terms of work-life balance, while aiming to provide a good service. I am, however, a consultant and also work for other firms, so my experience does not reflect that of a full-time employee, for example.
