At Flexa, we are on a mission to make finding flexible work easy. We firmly believe that the flexible working revolution has just begun and that the way we work a decade from now will be unrecognisable.
We're the only job site that verifies whether employers are truly flexible - they even receive our Flexified stamp of approval. We then make it easy for candidates to find a role with one our verified employer partners.
Flexible working approach
🤸♂️ We live by the flexible working mantra. All our roles can be performed flexibly with respect to both location and hours. We operate with a culture of autonomy - as long as work gets done, we don't mind where, when, or how!
🌱 We are a team of people who love our lives outside of work (pottery, cookery, cycling, running, and swimming are a few of the hobbies we enjoy), as well as our jobs. We work core hours of 11-3, roughly, and outside of that you can start / finish whenever you want.
🍺 We meet once a month, usually in London on a Thursday. If team members live outside of London then we pay for travel, a co-working space, and the pub afterwards!
🐶 We also (hugely) welcome dogs.
Scoring against our flexibility index (1 = not at all flexible, 100 = couldn’t be more flexible, 51 is average) using a number of parameters to assess flexibility such as working from home, hours, frequency of travel, benefits, etc.
Employee benchmarking score
Scoring against our employee perception index (1 = not seen as flexible, 100 = couldn’t be happier with the flexibility, 51 is average) using a number of more emotional / perception based questions to understand whether employees feel supported and offered what they want. The areas we cover are work-life balance / managerial support / flexible benefits / working environment / and many others.
