At Flexa, we believe that true inclusivity is reflected in the voices of those who experience it firsthand. During our Flexification process, one of the ways we assess companies' work practices is through an employee survey. 

We ask employees questions to evaluate various aspects of their workplace, with diversity and inclusion being a key area. Employees respond to questions like, "Do you think the workforce is diverse at your company (i.e. Is there adequate representation of women, BIPOC, neurodivergent, disabled, and/or LGBTQ+ people)?" and "Do you feel like the company culture is inclusive for all needs and that everyone has equal opportunities to succeed and progress?". 

Employees rate their satisfaction on these points, and we consolidate their responses into a score out of 100. This helps us verify and quantify a company's workplace culture based on real employee experiences. The companies featured in this list have all have an average score of 80% and above for their diversity and inclusion ranking.
