Put very simply, we facilitate remote work, and as our Flex score shows, we know what we're talking about.
We have two missions at Peak:

Approach to inclusion
We deeply value each of our employees and are committed to fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and empowered. As an international company, we recognise and celebrate the richness that diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences bring to our global team. We believe that this diversity drives our innovation and success. JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion) is woven into many aspects of the Peak:
- Recruiting & Hiring - Interview panels are put together with attention paid to creating a diverse panel. Our job descriptions are carefully written to ensure inclusive language and format.
- Supplier Selection - We keep an eye out for suppliers that are minority owned and prioritise using them where the offerings are the same.
- Community Engagement - We encourage our employees to volunteer locally, or through a platform that curates volunteering opportunities for them (Matchable).
- Remote Work Accommodations - Being fully remote allows us to hire employees with a diverse range of needs, whether that's assistive technology or specialised office equipment.
- Flexible Hours - Our flexible approach to working hours provides opportunities for people who may otherwise struggle with a typical 9 - 5 job
Flexible working at Peak PEO
At Peak PEO we will always be on the cutting edge of progressive working practices, we have been working remotely since 2018, before it was cool. We moved to a 4 day week in February 2023, one of the first companies in the UK to do so.
People's work life balance is the top priority here, if there's something anyone needs to do at home, just do it, don't even ask. Full trust and personal responsibility is given to all team members, with this they can make judgements on how best to spend their time.
We're all adults, with personal dreams and goals outside of work, and Peak will never stand in the way of people finding pleasure in them.
Striving for a perfect work/life balance since 2018. Our business facilitates remote flexible working, and we live it here. 🙌
What Employees like about Peak PEO

Culture
Working at Peak PEO has changed my life. I can work with complete flexibility to balance personal, family and work needs throughout the day. The culture is unlike any I've worked in..... to be fully virtual and still
create a sense of belonging, enable autonomy and still feel supported, and focus on creating the best place to work and still deliver for clients.

Working Environment
I have the perfect work/life balance. The company I work for upholds their values and respects their clients/business partnerships, always striving for the best outcome. My company value their employees, colleagues are helpful and we have a great hardworking global based team.
I love working here.

Working Environment
Working from home and not having to worry about traffic is what I like most, in addition to the flexibility of being able to work from anywhere plus only 4 days a week.

Working Environment
Our working environment is fantastic, super flexible and respectful.
Work life balance is at the forefront.
Team spirit and empathy is considered throughout the entire business.

Benefits
I throughly enjoy each and every moment working in my company, it is completely flexible and the employee benefits are awesome where i am 100% satisfied, i lucky to work in such a fantastic company.

People & Community
I feel very lucky and blessed to be a part of the exciting company that is Peak Peo.
The amazing people, flexible working environment and a work life balance is amazing!

Purpose
Peak PEO is my dream company

Working Environment
Peak is a fully remote company which means that I am able to work from my home, but also travel to visit family etc when ever I need to. This also gives me the flexibility to move home not only within country, but also abroad which I know other team members have done.
As we have employees based around the world, we all have the flexibility to work our hours, rather than having to be all online and working together at the same time.
We are empowered to complete all our work within our core hours, which allows us to work effectively as a 4 day a week company, allowing for an amazing work life balance

Employee review
I previously worked for a large corporate who claim to be a progressive, flexible employer. But in reality the culture there is pretty toxic and the promises of true flexibility felt disingenuous, particularly since the merger.
At Peak PEO I feel truly able to flex my work around my family life, and I feel empowered and motivated more than ever before in my career. It works perfectly for me, and my family have benefitted hugely since I joined Peak.

Culture
The CEO truly believes in the progressive mission of the company - it comes from the top down which is so important.

Purpose
When I've first joined I couldn't believe that such a company actually exists; the attitude of SLT, culture, benefits was far beyond what I was expecting. I sincerely thought that things couldn't be that good and that there must be a hook somewhere. I spent the first few months waiting for the bubble to pop, but instead things just keep getting better. I honestly couldn't imagine working for a better employer who looks after our well being as well as actively doing good for the world.

Working Environment
The employees all work a 4 day week. Everyone working here can ask for help and will get what they need. Management is supportive and understanding. The Company is a great place to work.

Working Environment
Thanks to the flexibility I have in this job, I enjoy every day of work here and my job has become my passion.

Culture
Peak is leading the way with progressive working practices. We have such an amazing team, supportive culture, and a clear mission on where we're going. Exciting times ahead!
