Very happy with everything at Impression!
It's a great place to work. The company understands that success comes as a result of employee satisfaction, not at the expense of it. Everyone is working in the same direction and that is the reason for the success of the business to date.
The best part about working at Impression is the trust and autonomy, as I know that I can work anywhere I like and I am trusted to do the work without being micro managed. With the flexibility in working hours and ability to work anywhere, I'm able to complete my best work in a cafe or anywhere really. I'm really looking forward to moving to a 4.5 day week, which will make my work-life balance much better!
Feels great to be trusted to work flexibly. I have a long commute so would struggle to come to the office every day, so not having a set number of days required in the office makes working around travel issues, weather, and other commitments really easy.
Flexible working is core to Impression, and I think everyone's morale is better for it!
Impression leadership does everything they can to support team members work how and when they want to. The entire company is bought into a flexible working model.
I love that they're open to new ideas - like the fact we're trialling a 4.5day working week. We're also dog friendly and the offices are a very welcoming space when you do, not that you have to. Social activities are becoming more inclusively aware e.g. not always going for a drink.
The move to 4.5 day week is a great initiative and will be amazing for staff retention & team morale. A brave moving coming from a company that traditionally sells time! The halo effect is already pretty clear, with all of the team becoming more vocal & feeling empowered to make independent choices about their work and schedules. Love working here!
Absolutely love working at Impression. I feel empowered to learn and progress and really feel like I am contributing to something great.
