In a world that increasingly plays out behind screens, we facilitate authentic friendships between people at the same life-stage. We are solving a unique problem for a prominent niche with our global brand appeal.
We launched in 2014 to shake up the travel industry. Our aim is to revolutionise the outdated image of the group travel sector with an on-point and aspirational lifestyle brand experience.
We are a high-growth, mid-stage start-up with proven product-market fit in over 15 global markets. Customers who travel with us LOVE it and we are growing really fast as a result. The covid pandemic was a difficult journey but we’re back with more resilient founders, the support of fantastic venture capitalists and we have massive plans for global expansion in 2023 and beyond.
Flexible working at Flash Pack
We are a remote-first organisation, meaning you primarily work from home but you can work 1 day a week from our vibrant office hub in Borough (London), or a local co-working space.
We have flexible hours, we ask you to be available for your colleagues for 4 hours of the day and we trust you to give your best to make Flash Pack succeed. Both contractors and employees are treated with the same internal autonomy.
We offer a work from home allowance, and encourage you to make a home office that you love.
And yes, even with all this autonomy, we still love to collaborate with fun quarterly meet-ups and regular virtual socials.
