Flexible working at Crest

🏣 We have a lovely, private office in Chancery Lane. The whole team comes in on Tuesdays and then each team member also comes into the office on a second day of their choice (or more if you prefer!). We use this office time to collaborate and work together on ideas. (Dogs are welcome 🐶)

⏰ We work core hours of 9.30 - 5.30pm, but you can start earlier or later if that suits you better (either always or sometimes)

☀️ We have a half day every Friday, so everyone can properly relax and make the most of their weekend

🌴 We offer 25 days of leave (Fridays only count as a half-day of leave), plus 4 extra days at Christmas, as well as bank holidays

🎧 We're very open to people working from abroad on a short-term basis

Crest's employees have anonymously had their say in what they think of the company

Very supportive, intelligent, hardworking team. Brilliant place to start a career and get to grips with the industry, and plenty of opportunity for growth and increased responsibility as you mature into your role. Everyone has a very healthy attitude towards work; there's never been any pressure to work beyond contracted hours. Additional flexibility is just a conversation away - the leadership team always try to be accommodating. Lots of respect for different working styles - those who like more hands-on support get it, and those who prefer to work autonomously are trusted. It's a pretty unique workplace, in my opinion!

I think Crest offers excellent work-life balance and flexibility - this makes it possible for me to perform at my best and goes a long way towards eliminating work-related stress. Other companies should take note.
