A DEI strategy, also known as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy, is a comprehensive plan and set of actions implemented to promote diversity, ensure equitable opportunities, and create an inclusive work environment. It aims to address systemic inequalities and create a culture that values and respects individuals from diverse backgrounds, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, and socio-economic status.
