Fab company to work for, benefits are superb and certain roles give lots of autonomy and flexibility. I love it so much, I am still here after 16 years.
I love the emphasis on ownership for every employee. Its not typical corporate and it is expected of me to take decisions and own them.
The people always come first and it's a very non-hierarchical environment. All about team-play and I have a great team; we work well together, support one another and get the job done. We have flexibility to work effectively and make sure that we have an open-door policy where we can share and learn from one another. I feel very supported and lucky to be a part of a team that values it's employees.
We have a very flexible working environment, including working from home as required and flexibility on hours worked. The flexibility means I can work around family commitments and I'm trusted to flex my hours up and down to get the job done. This is really valuable for me.

We're an award-winning fibre broadband provider & telecommunications company. We manage 47 million UK connections across broadband, mobile, TV and home phone and have around 18,000 colleagues, working hard to provide the very best connectivity to our valued customers.

What do we think of Virgin Media O2?
Its great that large organisations such as Virgin Media O2 are embracing flexibility, when speaking to the team throughout the Flexification process they we keen to stress how much flexibility there is and that employees are trusted and have the autonomy to work in a manner that suits them.
