Fab company to work for, benefits are superb and certain roles give lots of autonomy and flexibility. I love it so much, I am still here after 16 years.

I love the emphasis on ownership for every employee. Its not typical corporate and it is expected of me to take decisions and own them.

The people always come first and it's a very non-hierarchical environment. All about team-play and I have a great team; we work well together, support one another and get the job done. We have flexibility to work effectively and make sure that we have an open-door policy where we can share and learn from one another. I feel very supported and lucky to be a part of a team that values it's employees.

We have a very flexible working environment, including working from home as required and flexibility on hours worked. The flexibility means I can work around family commitments and I'm trusted to flex my hours up and down to get the job done. This is really valuable for me.

At the beginning of the month, our co-chairs of our Enrich network Eureka Cheema and Henna Tank got to speak at the first-ever British African Creators Conference at the Black-owned gallery Hope 93 in London, hosted by Chanel Boateng.
