Huel's employees have anonymously had their say in what they think of the company
Huel has the best company culture in the world. If we're working past 5.30pm we're asked why and if our work load is too much, we're not allowed to answer emails/messages outside of working hours, we have a 4.5 day working week and we have dogs in the office. If we're late we can just make up the time later in the day and no one asks questions, it's the most understanding and flexible workplace I know of. None of my friends offices get this kind of freedom and flexibility.
The flexible working hours, work from home, location agnostic and half day fridays are a massive reason I stay with Huel.
Huel really values its employees and has some great perks, our holiday is amazing and half day Fridays an absolute gamechanger.
The benefits at Huel are amazing, the senior team do a great job of continuing to provide more benefits every year. I feel that they also listen to the feedback we offer and strive to be better. Autonomy at Huel is also great and we are trusted to carry out the work we need to. I would prefer more flexibility around which office we work in for our three days in the office.
Best place I've ever worked and being able to bring the pup to work is such a bonus! Recruitment have nailed bringing people in that compliment the culture. We're all a really happy and cheerful bunch.
Huel gives me the perfect balance of hybrid working! I love my time in the office with my colleagues but I really appreciate the option to work remotely when it suits me!
I love working at Huel because of the flexibility to manage my own hours and working day. As long as my work is being completed I can flex my hours outside of 10 am and 4 pm to start and finish when I need to. It's helpful when I need to go in late or leave earlier for appointments or plans!
The general consensus is that everyone works hard at their job and is able to deliver to a high standard, without sacrificing personal commitments or required downtime throughout the day. There is a definite level of trust and respect for one's work ethic, from senior to entry-level roles; no one is terribly bothered about the whens and wheres, and the job always gets done and, as mentioned, to a high standard.
Amazing culture and great flexibility!
Suitably flexible with the right balance of autonomy whilst being available for when my colleagues need to get in contact and vice versa
Huel is probably one of the best companies you could find when it comes to work/life balance. Perks like 30 days holiday or half-day Fridays can't be found easily
I feel trusted in my role but can use my manager and team to soundboard ideas. I love how I can work from home on days that are convenient to me
Flexibility with work is so important to me and Huel does this so well. If you need to come in late for whatever reason, go to a doctors appointment in the middle of the day or leave early, it's totally acceptable and everyone is trusted to just let their manager know and to make up any missed hours. Huel also pays for a ClassPass membership in London, which I love.
Our organization is continually striving to innovate new practices that are empathetic to employees allowing us to live our healthiest lives both at work and out. From flexible hybrid working, to people first managers, a culture has been meticulously curated with employee growth & satisfaction at heart.
Between the perks and the general approach and attitude to work-life balance, the impact on my mental health has been massive. I feel I have a good amount of flexibility and autonomy within my role as well as the support and trust to make decisions around that without feeling I need to ask permission at every turn

Flexible working at Huel
Our teams work hard.Ā
Really hard.
And we couldn't be prouder of what Huel has been able to achieve because of them. We love to listen to what really matters to our people, and we consistently review our ways of working along with our perks & benefits to ensure they truly make a difference!
We have adopted a hybrid working model to allow our team to integrate their professional life with their social life but also maintaining a united and fun culture. What do we think of Huel?
We loved working with Huel throughout the Flexification process. They are building an inclusive culture built upon trusting employees and providing autonomy to deliver within their roles. This alongside a fantastic hybrid set up has created a fantastic working environment. Huel as a nutrition brand goes one step above a gym membership, by having a gym on-site at their HQ. Alongside a 4.5-day working week we think that Huel is a fantastic place to work.
Take a look at the vacancies, you won't regret it.

We have a high-performance culture at Huel which is balanced evenly with world-class well-being initiatives and benefits that are tastier than our Salted Caramel Black Edition š„¤ (and trust us, thatās saying something!)
