Employee reviews
Multiverse's employees have anonymously had their say in what they think of the company
Not only does Multiverse have a positive working environment, but staff have the ability to influence the direction the company is moving both in terms of culture and work.
I love the flexibility at Multiverse. Employees work on either a hybrid weekly (once a week in the office) or hybrid monthly (once a month in the office) basis, so we have lots of freedom about where we work. Alternatively, if you prefer to come into the office every day that's totally up to you!
Multiverse is an excellent place to work, I am inspired daily by the people, the culture is incredible and the support exists formally through polices and processes as well as through leadership!
Especially since our work spans across many time zones (US West Coast to UK) there's a lot of flexibility since there's different folks that work together at different times. I can plan early days for when I need to connect with folks that are ahead of me (time zone wise) or later on days that I'm working with US folks and doing heads down work. I appreciate that my leaders know that I will get my work done and if I need to go to appointments or take time mid-day, that is supported.
I come into the office quite regularly, whereas my colleagues mostly work from home. I would prefer if there was a bit more incentive for people to come in to create more of a team culture and atmosphere.
I love working at Multiverse because of the people. The sense of community you get working with a wonderful supportive team of coaches is amazing.
Remote working depends a bit on your role, but as a coach I am 100% remote, which is fabulous. The benefits are great, with a real focus on mental health offerings and reimbursement for food/gym/fitness costs. We also have a close community on the learning team, and have regular touchpoints during the week if you're feeling like you want to learn/practice wellness/hang out with coworkers remotely. Coaching hours are a bit inflexible as you're on zoom with apprentices at set times, but otherwise there is a bit of wiggle room to start or end your day when works best for you.
