Our mission is to help SaaS companies run and grow subscription revenue, automatically.

The FlexScore® is the result of a rigorous 2-step verification of a company’s flexibility

First we assess the flexibility options Paddle provides and then we anonymously survey a statistically significant proportion of their employees to make sure Paddle is as flexible as they say they are. Our assessment is based on the six key elements of flexibility: location, hours, autonomy, benefits, role modelling and work-life balance.

We ask the hard questions so you don’t have to.

What employees are saying

"Paddle have always offered a flexible working from home policy, and with the impact of COVID-19, they have strengthened their approach to this culture. We have an office available if we want to work around the team, or we can work from home whenever we like. It's a great balance! The parental leave is also awesome, we're super dog friendly and have some excellent benefits. I never feel pressured to work particular hours or stress that I have to be in an office."

About us

We remove the invisible barriers that get in the way of selling software.

Flexible working at Paddle

Paddle offers the freedom to work however and wherever you want – we are a truly flexible employer. You can choose to work from home, from one of our stylish hubs , or a mix of both. You can work the hours that suit you, so there’s no need to worry about doing the school run or booking that afternoon gym class. We’re also open to part time working if that suits you better.

All employees are entitled to an allowance to help you get the best possible work from home set up. For those who choose to come to the office, we’ve created beautiful, collaborative spaces with free breakfast, snacks and drinks on hand, as well as a host of regular events and perks.

New parents can take 16 weeks fully paid leave to help settle into family life – and that's regardless of gender.

On top of that, everyone at Paddle gets unlimited time off. Our Navigate perk means you can work from a different country for up to 45 days per year!

We make working at Paddle work for everyone.

Approach to diversity & inclusion

A diverse workforce has greater resources and experiences to draw from. At Paddle, we work to foster a truly diverse and inclusive working environment that encourages authenticity and helps us to better solve problems for our customers.

Diversity at Paddle means…

Recognising and celebrating what makes our Paddlers unique, different, and authentic.

We want to break barriers to diversity in the workplace, and the markets we operate in. Paddlers are dedicated to learning from each other's perspectives, growing our talent from diverse groups, and treating each other with compassion and empathy.

Equity at Paddle means…

Providing our Paddlers with the support, equipment, policies, and work environment to ensure opportunities are equal for everyone.

We make sure that every Paddler has an equal opportunity to contribute, and that contribution is welcomed and treated with respect.

Inclusion at Paddle means…

We combat groupthink, encourage feedback, and embrace healthy conflict because it leads to better outcomes.

We want to create an environment where Paddlers can be their authentic self without fear of judgement. We work to tackle bias so that we can create a safe and nurturing environment where everyone has equal opportunity and support to succeed. This is an ongoing process of continual learning as we grow.
