It’s a great place to work. Smart people, good mission, great benefits.
As a working parent the amount of flexibility that WT offers is very helpful
I really enjoy the company culture, there’s a sense of purpose and that the mission matters. In terms of balance it’s really good with enough drive to keep learning and growing but not enough to burnout.

Flexible working at WeTransfer
Here at WeTransfer, we promote flexible working. We officially categorise ourselves as hybrid company. We have office locations in our hubs and encourage you to go to the office if you'd like and most of the time it is not mandatory. We have learned to work well from home (or elsewhere) and we try to make sure that all of our colleagues feel included wherever they open their laptops. We work with different time zones (and personal situations), so you are free to manage your calendar in a way that suites you best depending on the work and people you need to collaborate with.
Approach to diversity & inclusion
At WeTransfer, we believe that championing and enabling people from diverse backgrounds through collaboration and innovation will help us move towards a more successful and equitable company, community, and society.
We know that Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is critical to our ability to adapt to a fast-changing world, and a crucial component to achieving our vision to connect the world with creativity and build a better world for creators, creatives and digital workers.
Meaningful impact will not translate from a one-and-done action. It requires a long-term strategy of learning, measuring, monitoring, evolving and changing and this is something that we will keep building as we move forward.
We focus on three key areas to drive greater DEI: our users, our people and our communities.
What do we think of WeTransfer?
We have really enjoyed getting to understand WeTransfer's way of working. They clearly place a lot of trust and understanding in their employees to get the job done well in their own time and wherever suits them.
If you're looking for an inclusive company that prioritises autonomy, WeTransfer could be the company for you.
Meet who might be hiring you
We work truly autonomous with the faith, space and resources we need to do our best work, which is really empowering. It’s also a safe environment, where people can be themselves and everyone is always ready to help each other out. Because WeTransfer does many different things, the work culture is very collaborative and there’s lots of opportunity for cross-collaboration or getting sneak peaks into other teams’ cool projects. We’re all proud to work here, we believe in the tools we’ve created, the platform we give to creatives, the things we enable people create and our responsible approach to advertising.
