Emerald Publishing's employees have anonymously had their say in what they think of the company
For me, right now, the flexibility trumps the pay. I have 2 small children, both with additional needs and the flexibility we have at Emerald allows me to continue to grow in my career, without having to sacrifice being there for my family too.
This is a relatively small business with big ambitions and we work hard to achieve our goals. It is a very friendly and welcoming company, where people can be themselves.
My company really care about the people who work there. They are very supportive. The flexibility is perfect for work/life balance. It is of no detriment to the amount and quality of the work produced. I feel very lucky to work at such a forward thinking and all inclusive company.
Emerald is a diverse, welcoming and nurturing company to work for. There is flexibility in all aspects and all the employees work together as one big team
Emerald has a fresh way of thinking, and a genuine commitment to always working toward advancing its social impact. That is combined with good benefits, flexibility and opportunities creates a positive company that carefully balances feeling young and energetic, with careful and considerate management It's the best company I've ever worked for even in challenging times.
