Really incredible place to work!
Working at my company, I know that I have the flexibility to fit my work around events/appointments/other responsibilities. For example, some of our team have exciting opportunities (like acting roles) come up, and the company supports them on that journey by working around their changing schedules. We also have the freedom to work anywhere, including abroad (for a set amount of time each year). As an employee, this helps me feel trusted and valued.
I have full freedom of working space and have subsequently built a working pattern that works around my home life and not the other way around.
Hofy is an incredible place to work, strong aligned team, excellent product and exceptionally bright future ahead. There are some great benefits at Hofy & can't wait to see to see how they develop with time.
The leadership team members that I report into are invested in my job satisfaction and are open to me doing more of what I enjoy. Because my team work staggered shifts to provide wide coverage, I'm 100% able to work flexible hours if need be.
