Really incredible place to work!
Hofy is a fantastic and forward thinking environment, exceptionally strong leaders, a clear and aligned direction and mission. You are surrounded by empowered and talented teams and have the ability work flexibly with autonomy over your own work.
Working at my company, I know that I have the flexibility to fit my work around events/appointments/other responsibilities. For example, some of our team have exciting opportunities (like acting roles) come up, and the company supports them on that journey by working around their changing schedules. We also have the freedom to work anywhere, including abroad (for a set amount of time each year). As an employee, this helps me feel trusted and valued.
I have full freedom of working space and have subsequently built a working pattern that works around my home life and not the other way around.
Hofy is an incredible place to work, strong aligned team, excellent product and exceptionally bright future ahead. There are some great benefits at Hofy & can't wait to see to see how they develop with time.
The leadership team members that I report into are invested in my job satisfaction and are open to me doing more of what I enjoy. Because my team work staggered shifts to provide wide coverage, I'm 100% able to work flexible hours if need be.
Being an actor, Hofy has been incredible in accommodating my auditions and rehearsals. They are incredible thoughtful and considerate and I feel very respected and looked after.
I love working for Hofy, the remote/hybrid work allows me to get more done a-swell as a good work life balance. I think as the company grows it would be nice to see some of the employee benefits/perks expand to mach some of the other leading tech startups.
Treat you like an adult, manage your own time. It's about quality, not hours logged.

Great place to work, no unreasonable expectations around working conditions/times/etc. Feel fully supported by leadership for flex and other remote working needs!

At Hofy, we're passionate about being a flexible place to work. In fact, we'd say that it's a part of our DNA. Almost all of our roles come with flexibility around location and hours worked, apart from our roles based at our fulfillment centre, where times and locations are fixed by necessity.
We believe in giving people the framework and management that allows them to work flexibly. This includes providing a premium home working setup for all employees, company share options, £1,000 of annual growth fund for everyone to develop, as well as an annual company retreat.
