Being at Blip means you can choose from 3 work options:
At Home (Remote)
This way of working is made for those who wish to work on a remote basis most of the time. You’re expected to come to the office once per quarter.
At the Office
This scenario is designed for those who want to fully embrace our office experience. You’re expected attendance at the office is from 3 to 5 times a week.
Best of Both
This is the appropriate scenario for those that value a blended way of working: at home and in the office. You’re expected to come to the office 1 or 2 times a week.
