Flexible working approach

hedgehog lab embraces being a flexible workplace and recognises all staff have different needs and that those needs can change.

Our culture is built on trust and autonomy: we want our staff to be happy and relaxed when working for hedgehog lab. We have dog friendly offices in Newcastle, but moved to a remote-first approach as a result of the pandemic – most our employees are happy to work from home! This also means that we're open to and hire team members from all over the UK and beyond.
