Why working flexibly is great for us as human beings! | Flexa

Everyone deserves a life as well as a career

Every company that we partner with is verified as flexible. If you’re looking to work from home regularly, or work flexible hours. you’ve come to the right place.

Our mission is to bring flexible working to everyone

Until now, it’s been impossible to find out which companies offer flexibility. At worst, you start a job not knowing whether your preferred way of working will be encouraged, or even accepted. At best, the job description mentions flexibility at the very bottom, but doesn’t explain what kind of flexibility they mean.

We started Flexa because of the lack of transparency around company culture, so our aim is to provide you with the information you need to find work that works for you.

Flexible hours, working from home, and dog friendly offices are the three ways that we think of flexibility at Flexa, and every job will say which of those three things they offer, as well as detail around what that means.

Flexible hours

Not a morning person? Need to pick up your children? Flexible hours means that you can start earlier and finish earlier, or start later and finish later.

Work from home

Our partner companies support and encourage working from home on a regular basis, and detail around how much time you can spend working from home is included in JDs and on company profiles.

Dog friendly office

If you have a dog, or want to have one, being able to take them into the office is key! If our partner company has a dog friendly office, we shout about it.

How does it work?
Step-by-step

  • 01

You tell us what you want

Flexibility, location, salary, whatever matters to you in your job search, you can tell us. We won’t be asking for five years of detailed job history though – we know how annoying that is.

  • 02

    Browse our flexible employers

Every company that we partner with has been through a five stage verification process – no more wasted hours interviewing with employers who won’t let you work from home sometimes.

  • 03

    Apply to flexible jobs

Every job has detail around the kind of flexibility they offer: Regular working from home (and information on the home/office time split), flexible hours and what that means, and whether it’s a dog friendly office!

    Make work-life balance a reality

The job that you get through us will be genuinely flexible, with an employer who cares about your wellbeing. Your new employer knows that they are lucky to have you.

I want to work flexibly!
