These companies have been recognised as the top-rated for workplace benefits in 2025. The rankings are based on insights from employees who know their workplace best, offering an honest view of what their employers provide.
At Flexa, we believe inclusivity starts with listening to those who live it. That’s why, when a company joins Flexa, we ask their employees to rate them across several key areas, including workplace benefits. Through our Flexification process, we evaluate companies by conducting an employee survey, which helps us assess their work environment from the inside out.
Employees answer questions about their workplace experience, including their thoughts on benefits. For example, we ask questions like, “How do you feel about your company’s benefits?” and “How satisfied are you with what’s on offer?”
Responses are then scored, with each company receiving an overall rating out of 100. This score reflects the workplace culture based on genuine employee experiences. The companies featured in this list have all achieved an impressive average score of 85% or higher for their workplace benefits.Peak PEO: A people-led EOR provider, consistently delivering friendly, expert, personalised service and support to clients and their employees.
