Cronofy is a fast-growing business with employees working from home across the UK and the EU. Our office hubs are located in Nottingham and London with a new one opening in Amsterdam soon. At Cronofy, we're a flexible employer who firmly believe in finding your balance. We give people the freedom to choose how they work, and we believe that this is the key to a motivated, productive team. We offer our employees complete flexibility: they can work from either our London or Nottingham offices as much or as little as they want, with many working on a predominantly remote-first basis. We even give our employees the option of saving public holidays to take another time throughout the year.

Alongside this, we also offer our staff a host of excellent benefits including 5 personal development days, enhanced parental leave, private healthcare with Bupa and a Pleo card for work expenses.

I've been very satisfied with the whole work from home thing, it suits my temperament as an introvert. I also feel like I am losing less of my life to my work because I spend less time traveling and I can enjoy home cooked lunches with my partner.

I appreciate the flexibility and the emphasis on maintaining a healthy work/life balance. We're not pressured to work through things like illness, and we're free to do things like booking medical appointments within "work hours" if needed etc. It all just boils down to ensuring you communicate with your manager and your team when relevant.
