I love working at Cronofy because they are very flexible - everyone wants to work hard and make the best out of it. If they would offer unlimited annual leave that would make it a 10/10.
Everything is open to discuss and management really care about employees.
I love working from home, and the opportunity to meet up is always paid for by the company
I've been very satisfied with the whole work from home thing, it suits my temperament as an introvert. I also feel like I am losing less of my life to my work because I spend less time traveling and I can enjoy home cooked lunches with my partner.
When it comes to flexible working the company do their upmost to accommodate all their employees' needs and requirements.
I appreciate the flexibility and the emphasis on maintaining a healthy work/life balance. We're not pressured to work through things like illness, and we're free to do things like booking medical appointments within "work hours" if needed etc. It all just boils down to ensuring you communicate with your manager and your team when relevant.
