Bradshaw Advisory
Public affairs. Economics. Data. Policy.
Bradshaw Advisory helps clients navigate, influence and solve policy challenges by bringing together a team of senior experts in economics, data, policy and public affairs.
Our consultancy was born out of frustration with the high-volume, low-impact and shallow work that too many in our industry provide.
Whether you want to help shape new legislation, secure funding with a Treasury Green Book compliant business case, or develop a new policy report to advocate for change, we can help.

Approach to inclusion
Diversity of thought and opinion is brilliant in life and at work. Our clients pay us for this thought and opinion. We are better together when we approach things from different angles and co-create. We actively encourage risk-taking and back you in doing so. We prefer the risk of things going wrong to the risk of slipping into bureaucratic dither and delay. If things do go wrong, we can fix it, together, as a team. We are inclusive of all. Our senior leadership team exhibits diversity in terms of sexual orientation, gender, neurodiversity and age. We reward based on merit and outcomes delivered. We firmly believe and encourage you to be authentically yourself at work.
Flexible working at Bradshaw Advisory
We are on a mission to provide as much flexibility as possible at work.
We hire great people and then give them the freedom, autonomy and independence (whilst being supported) to deliver outcomes how they see fit.
We treat you like an intelligent adult who can make their own decisions about their life. Work is just one part of life. Being in control of your life is important, and we enable you to be in control of your work.
We have offices in London and Manchester and you can use these as much or as little as you want. We were born a remote-first company and this will continue to be our approach. We do not measure you based on location, time or anything else; we measure you on outcomes you deliver.
You can work abroad when you like (as long as you remain a UK tax resident) and most of our company have taken up this benefit working across Europe, the States and as far as Peru.
You can choose a work schedule that suits you. You can ride your own wave and start early, if you are a morning person, or start later and finish later if you're a night owl.
You have the flexibility to take personal appointments (e.g. go to the gym, do the school run) at any time, and do not need to ask permission.
Our clients care about results; you can deliver those results however you like.
