- Drive Excellence: Oversee the creation and execution of Technical Assurance Plans, collaborating with delivery teams, supply chain partners, and subject matter experts to guarantee quality and integrity.
- Champion Reporting & Improvement: Produce clear, insightful reports that drive continuous improvement and facilitate the escalation of key issues.
- Promote Safety: Foster a culture of health, safety, and wellbeing, ensuring our zero-accident ambition is always front of mind.
- Engage & Educate: Lead a programme-wide education initiative to embed the value of technical assurance across the team.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of engineering assurance processes and risk management
- Strategic and tactical thinking, with strong project management and IT skills
- Commercial awareness and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
- A passion for building trust, encouraging challenge, and always focusing on the right outcome
- A degree in a relevant engineering discipline (postgraduate and chartered status desirable)
