What we are looking for

You will bring extensive hands‑on experience in clean‑water network modelling, along with:

  • Proven leadership in delivering complex modelling projects involving multiple stakeholders

  • Experience of leading technical studies and interpreting system behaviour

  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills

  • Experience with tools such as InfoWorks WS Pro, Synergi, or similar

  • Solid hydraulic fundamentals and a genuine commitment to professional growth

  • Strong knowledge of industry context, policies, frameworks, and initiatives, including interpreting their impact on modelling priorities

  • A degree in a relevant engineering discipline or demonstrable relevant experience; Chartered status or working towards it with a professional body.

  • A collaborative mindset, with the capability to integrate into various teams, share expertise, and drive innovative solutions.

  • 24-hour Virtual GP service for you and your household

  • 26 days annual leave (rising with service)

  • Competitive pension scheme – Anglian Water double-matches your contributions up to 6% (up to 18% combined)

  • Bonus scheme

  • Flexible benefits and working culture

  • Life Assurance (8× salary) and Personal Accident cover

  • Enhanced family leave policies

  • Great discounts and perks

Why apply?

Join a leading technical team where your expertise will directly shape how clean water systems are designed, optimised and operated. You’ll work on complex, high-impact projects, collaborating across the business to influence real-world outcomes.
