Leadership: Meet Valerie Toney, Head of Customs House Brokerage (CHB) Operations for the Southeast region of North America. She has been with Maersk for over 19 years and now leads a team of 32 people across the South-eastern US states.

Diverse Abilities and Neurodiversity Network: This ERN celebrates and supports colleagues with diverse abilities and neurodiverse conditions. Maersk intentionally frames disability as “diverse abilities” to highlight strengths and achievements, and the network works to create practical ways to ensure everyone feels supported, empowered and able to thrive.
RISE (Women in Technology): Focused on supporting women in technology roles, RISE works to broaden representation and empower women within Maersk’s tech teams.
