Schedule: 2nd shift: 3:30 pm to 11 pm Monday - Friday

Summary
Manages all activities related to operations and development of company products by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Able to communicate and work along with all employees.
Lead associates with daily tasks and workload priorities.
Maintains a high standard for safety, cleanliness, and overall work practices.
Responsible for completing daily shift paperwork.
Determines staffing needs based on workload and schedules staff accordingly.
Assigns workers to specific duties based on workload and shipping schedules.
Reviews and updates operational procedures as necessary and ensures they are communicated to and understood by the warehouse associates.
Tracks productivity and quality performance by individual, function, and department.
Works with Inventory Control to ensure the highest level of inventory accuracy possible.
Advises employees on handling of items received, stored, and shipped; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock; and related problems.
Traces the history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control
records and recommend remedial actions to resolve discrepancies.
Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
Issues with written and oral instructions.
Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Manages up to 5 subordinate supervisors who supervise 50+ employees in the Special Projects, Shipping and Receiving, Packing, Order Processing, Routing, Inventory, and Auditing departments. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay Range:
$79,310 - $85,450*
*The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
