Lead Logistics Specialist

Job Description

Acts as the owner of the job file and has responsibility for creating
and updating of shipping documents and Customer Invoices in the system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders

• Proven problem-solving abilities, including handling complex and high-pressure situations

• Flexible and adaptable approach to changing business and operational requirements

• Basic knowledge of bookings, shipping, logistics, cargo handling, and air cargo operations

• Solid customer service background with a focus on service quality and customer satisfaction
