We are looking for an Air Operations Agent to join our Air team in Hungary. In this role you will be the point of reference for customers and will ensure the end-to-end carrier management for airfreight operations, from the first contact to the delivery of the goods, in compliance with all company procedures.

Main tasks

• Manages the export and import air shipments;
• Manages capacity, balancing the carrier mix;
• Maintains relationships with the Air team, Maersk offices at destination, customers, carriers and suppliers;
• Manages the carrier booking transactions and follows the billing
• Offers assistance in the resolution of customers queries and issues, both in English and in Hungarian
• Data processing and reports

We are looking for:

• Experience in managing import /export airfreight operations
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Good communication skills;
• Detail orientation and hands-on approach;
• Problem solving skills, willing to learn and highly responsible;

Location: The role is based in Budapest office.
